Step 1 - Thorough plan review

Using specialized quantity surveying software, the process of discovery begins. From beginning to end we comb through the drawings to ensure every note and detail is considered. Drawings and scope are transitioned into the budget and a detailed list of questions is produced.

Step 2 - Q & A

Early in the design process, many details still need to be resolved. This exercise provides an opportunity to eliminate assumptions and assign architect and client-directed finishes to inform the budget.

Step 3 - Quantity survey & budget creation

All areas, quantities, and linear takeoffs are highlighted on the drawings and provide crucial information required to populate the budget. A PlanSwift takeoff can be provided in a digital format for use in request for quote documents

Step 4 - Budget presentation

A detailed budget is presented and every line item is explained. This will help inform any value engineering initiatives that may be required.
